Disorder to create control, balance and confidence within their lives. A

The ADD Audio Coach enables Adults with

follow.
This step-by-step audio program works in an exercise format
building foundations of control. A unique tracking method has also been
incorporated within the workbook to help the listener to stay focused on each
exercise to completion.
The first area covered in the program is use of
Time, clarifying current projects and designing a reliable format to track these
projects to fruition. The creators of the program understand that an organized
living environment helps make life with Attention Deficit Disorder much easier,
